Historic Roser Park

This historic neighborhood is home to many private homes with Mediterranean or Spanish-style architecture. Within its boundaries are 146 historic buildings, but history isn’t the only draw. Fans of the outdoors head to the park from which this neighborhood takes its name to enjoy royal palms, oaks and lush flower gardens. Booker Creek runs through the area, offering more natural beauty.

The Historic Outdoor Museum of Roser Park is an award-winning creation of local resident, Ron Motyka, featuring 28 markers that describe the features, homes and historical significance of the neighborhood. It winds along Booker Creek and throughout the neighborhood.
